1. Scope and Application

These service policies apply to every project and commercial agreement entered into between Eon Aurum and its clients, regardless of the solution vertical involved, including e-commerce, digital presence and IT recruiting.

By engaging any of our services, the client acknowledges having read, understood and accepted the terms set out here.

2. Proposal and Project Scope

Every project begins with a formal proposal outlining deliverables, scope, estimated timelines and commercial terms. Any scope change must be documented through a written change request approved by both parties.

Eon Aurum reserves the right to adjust timelines when scope changes go beyond the original proposal.

3. Payment Terms

Projects are invoiced according to the structure defined in the proposal, whether upfront, milestone-based or monthly. Failure to meet payment terms may result in a temporary pause of services until the account is regularized.

All prices are expressed in the currency agreed in the proposal and do not include applicable national or regional taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Confidentiality

Eon Aurum commits to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding any commercial, technical or strategic information shared by the client as part of the service relationship. This obligation extends for two (2) years after contract completion.

The client also agrees not to disclose Eon Aurum proprietary methodologies, tools or internal processes to third parties without prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

Once the total project amount has been paid, all agreed deliverables including design, code and content become the property of the client. Eon Aurum retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio unless a specific confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

Frameworks, third-party libraries and open-source tools used during delivery remain subject to their original licenses.

6. Warranty and Post-Delivery Support

Eon Aurum guarantees the correction of technical issues directly attributable to our intervention during the first thirty (30) days after project delivery. This warranty does not apply to changes made by the client or third parties.

Ongoing support after the warranty period must be contracted under a separate maintenance or monthly consulting agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eon Aurum is not responsible for specific commercial outcomes such as sales, leads or conversion volume that depend on factors outside our direct control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions or client-side decisions.

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total amount invoiced for the specific service involved.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution within fifteen (15) calendar days of notification. If no agreement is reached, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

9. Updates to These Policies

Eon Aurum reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this website. Existing contracts remain governed by the conditions originally agreed unless otherwise amended in writing.

10. Privacy, Cookies and Advertising

Eon Aurum uses cookies and similar technologies, both first- and third-party, to ensure the site works correctly, analyze traffic in aggregate and show relevant advertising on and off this site. Providers that may be involved include Google (Analytics and Ads), Microsoft (Bing) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), each subject to its own privacy policies.

The information collected through these means —such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and interactions— is used for statistical and advertising purposes on an aggregate basis. We do not sell personal data nor use it to identify visitors individually.
